League parents and family members will be responsible for volunteering to work assigned shifts in the snack
bar. You must be 18 years or older to work an assigned shift Schedules will be disbursed two weeks prior to
your scheduled shift and a current assignment will be posted in the snack bar at all times. If you cannot work
your assigned shift you will be required to buy-out that shift for a fee of $30.00. Buy-outs should be requested
at least one (1) week prior to the assigned shift. Once a buy-out request has been submitted, this request can
be changed up to 72 hours prior to your assigned shift. If a buy-out request is made less than one (1) week
prior to the assigned shift an additional $5.00 will be assessed. All buy-out money is due by Friday at 5:00pm
the weekend of your assigned shift. If buy-out money is not received at that time from either the manager or
team parent, the person assigned to that shift will be charged the No-Show Fee of $40.00.

If you are late to your assigned shift, you will be charged $5.00 per each ½ hour you are late.

If you do not show up for your assigned shift, you will be charged $40.00 and will result in your child AND
manager sitting out a game or games until the issue has been resolved.

Please inform your team parent if you are wanting to buy-out. The team parent will then contact the Team
Parent Coordinator who will work with the Snack Bar Manager to find your replacement. It is the Snack Bar
Manager’s responsibility to find your replacement from the board’s approved list.

There will be no children under the age of 18 in the snack bar or at the doorway at any time.

No one, other than those working the snack bar or board members, is allowed in the snack bar at any time.

The last shift of the day must stay until the snack bar is completely clean.

You will not be scheduled during your child’s game.

If you have any questions/concerns please contact the Snack Bar Manager Ana Ortiz via telephone at
