MM-0002        3/8” BSP Insert
               Machined steel 3/8” BSP Vent Insert to be laminated into composite RTM moulds.

MM-0003        Mould Vent Liner

               Seal for use with small RTM applications- where standard ‘D’ seal is not applicable.




RD-20-0010     D Section Mould Seal – White Inflatable

               D section mould seal for use as a resin seal in RTM or ‘Light RTM’ moulds, to reduce seal drag when closing
               the mould where flanges are too steep for conventional seals. The seal is inflated or collapsed under
               vacuum using Seal Control Unit XE-0400.




RD-20-0011     D Section Mould Seal - Green

               Harder version of standard D seal for use in high-pressure applications.

Seco Series- Dry Vane Vacuum Pumps (available 8, 25, 40, 80m³/hour)
Description
The Busch Seco vacuum pumps are oil-less pumps which require no routine maintenance due to sealed-for-life ball bearings
and self-lubricating, dry carbon composite vanes. The vanes are self-adjusting for constant high operating efficiency and a
longer service life than other designs available today.
The Seco pumps have a vacuum range from 0 to 27” Hg.

R 5 Series- Oil-sealed Vacuum Pumps (available 16, 40m³/hour)

Description
Modular designed Busch R 5 oil sealed rotary vane vacuum pumps are single stage, air-cooled, and direct driven. This oil-
recirculating design is one of the simplest and most reliable vacuum pumps available on the world market. These rugged
pumps are used in a variety of industries such as packaging and food processing, rubber molding, thermoforming, printed
circuit board testing, hospitals, laboratories, robotics, vacuum lamination, printing, and many others.

R 5 Operating Principle

Rotation of the pump rotor, which is mounted eccentrically in the pump cylinder, traps entering vapor between rotor vane
segments. As rotation continues, vapor is compressed and discharged into the exhaust box. Vapors then pass through several
stages of internal oil and mist eliminators to remove 99.9% of lubricating oil from the exhaust. Oil is then returned to the oil
reservoir. Additional features include an automotive type spin-on oil filter, and a built-in inlet anti-suck-back valve that
                                                           prevents the pump from rotating backwards.

Mink series- Rotary Claw Vacuum Pumps (available 80m³/hour)

Description
The Busch Mink is a rotary claw-type, positive displacement, dry pump designed for either pressure or vacuum applications.
The Mink is available as a single-stage or two-stage vacuum pump. Vacuum or pressure is produced by two non-contacting
rotors in an oil-free pumping chamber. The dry, non-contacting design makes the Mink ideal for pneumatic conveying,
printing, soil remediation, and any application where dust particles may be present. Wearing parts are separated from the
pumping chamber which leads to a longer pump life with low maintenance.

Mink Operating Principle

Two non-contacting claws trap a volume of air at the inlet and convey it to the exhaust where it is compressed and discharged.
