Join us for this symposium with Dolores Huerta. Activities will include the
keynote speaker from 10:00am-11:15 am and lunch. Celebrating her 80th
Birthday this year, Dolores C. Huerta is the co-founder and Secretary-
Treasurer of the United Farm Workers of America, AFL-CIO ("UFW"). The
mother of 11 children, 14 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren,
Dolores has played a major role in the American civil rights movement.

functioning and safety. In this workshop, you will learn about herbs and
essential oils to help you get a good night’s sleep! Catherine Perry is a

for over a decade. She is a graduate of Metropolitan State College of

The Richard T. Castro Distinguished Visiting Professorship was initiated in
1997 to foster multiculturalism, diversity and academic excellence at
