Please send your entries in the following form as an e-mail attachment (Word format) to Mareen Zschichold (mareen.zschichold@hotmail.de ). If your books are put on a website, please let us know the address. The font should be Times New Roman, 12 pts, normal spacing. Please give all of the following information on every book that you would like to include in the bibliography: - name of author(s)/editor(s)/translator(s)/compiler(s) - full title of the book as published, with subtitle separated by a colon (if in a language other than English or French, please do give an English or French translation in brackets) - if given, also: the edition (if other than first edition), number of the volume(s) (if it is a multivolume work), name of the series and issue number - place of publication - publisher - year of publication Taking the MLA Handbook for Writers of Research Papers as a guideline, the bibliographical entries should follow the examples given below: Gibaldi, Joseph. Please note that:  The articles are not included.  The minimum of the Canadian content of the books will be 30%  We accept also translation of Canadian works and authors done by members of Canadian associations  We would like to receive a translation for the titles of books wrote in an other language than French or English Thank you!
