   Recommendations 3.2 and 3.3 require and ASX-listed entities to:
   (a) establish a diversity policy which includes a requirement that:
     (i) the Board establish measureable objectives for achieving gender diversity; and
     (ii) the Board assess and report annually both the measurable objectives for
          achieving gender diversity and the progress in achieving them; and
   (b) disclose the policy or a summary of that policy.
