                                                    retailer in spring 2011

ATLANTA (July 30, 2010) – Westside Urban Market, the authentic and pioneering community of restaurants and boutiques
in the revitalized Westside Atlanta neighborhood, announced today that it has signed a lease with the American clothing
store Anthropologie for a 9,000-square-foot store. Set to open in spring of 2011 on the east side of Howell Mill Road,
Anthropologie will combine a distinguished shopping experience with modern, creative collections of designer name brands
of women’s apparel, accessories, handcrafted furniture and home decor.

As the second national retailer to enter the Westside landscape, Anthropologie joins Room & Board, a national modern
furniture brand that serves as the anchor tenant at White Provision, the adjoining community of showrooms, boutiques,
restaurants, businesses and residences. Linked by an urban pedestrian footbridge over the active Norfolk Southern railway,
Westside Urban Market and White Provision continue to grow, forming the joint Westside Provisions District (WSPD) and
emerging as a multi-dimensional, vibrant Atlanta neighborhood that is thriving despite macroeconomic trends. The
Westside’s renewal and expansion has been centered at WSPD, a former warehouse district that experienced a
transformation over the past decade through customer and community referrals and a strong commitment to aesthetics,
authenticity and long-term value. Anthropologie is a significant addition, not only as a reflection of WSPD’s integrated
approach to complementary national, regional and local retailers, but also as continued momentum for the community as it
reaches the 10-year anniversary of its first tenants, Bacchanalia, Bungalow, G. Gilbert, Star Provisions and Taqueria del
Sol.

“Anthropologie is a valuable addition to Westside Urban Market, and we are excited to welcome them into the fabric of our
thriving neighborhood. The company is one of the rare national brands in the U.S. today that represents the core values of
our local tenants, both from a design perspective and business philosophy,” said Michael Phillips, managing partner of
Westside Urban Market and creative director of Jamestown Properties. “We are excited to enter the next decade of
Westside development with a national partner that will complement our unique community of boutique retailers and
restaurants.”

Highly respected for its distinctive collection of design-driven, hand-picked clothing, accessories and home furnishings,
Anthropologie will strengthen Westside Urban Market’s leading presence in Westside Atlanta’s emerging style and design
district. The store will be positioned to attract a sophisticated audience of trendsetting women to the community, with a
custom store design that reflects Anthropologie’s signature Bohemian-inspired brand and the neighborhood’s authentic and
urban atmosphere. The tenant, Anthropologie, was represented by Sean Burke of Philadelphia-based The McDevitt
Company and the landlord, Westside Urban Market, was represented by Matthew Levin, CCIM of Sperry Van Ness.
