developer of industry specific mobile phone application and platform technology, today announced that
The Cafaro Company has signed an agreement to use the Company's "Mall Buddy 2.0" platform in its 12
retail mall locations located throughout the United States.

Cafaro Company is the largest privately owned shopping center development and management company
in the United States. Based in Youngstown, Ohio, Cafaro owns retail shopping centers and malls
throughout the east coast, southeast, midwest and the Pacific northwest.

Reach Messaging's "Mall Buddy 2.0" Platform is a free mobile app that consumers can download and use
when shopping at participating retail malls. The app includes features such as "Reward Zone" gift card
integration as well as other coupons and specials offered by stores in and around the mall, friend finder to
locate other users in the area, one touch access to mall security and directions the mall. As outlined in the
agreement, Reach Messaging will get a percentage of revenue generated by advertising sales to retail
stores in and around the malls.

well-established company such as Cafaro. We have just recently released a new improved 2.0 version of
our Mall Buddy application and believe that it will be very successful throughout Cafaro's 12 retail malls.

and specials for them right on their phone as well as providing them the ability to locate friends, contact
