Smoothies Protein Smoothie- Servings: 1 Handful of frozen berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, blackberries) Coconut milk to taste and desired consistency 1 Scoop Whey Protein Optional: Add greens like spinach and/or add good fats like hemp or flax. -Mix everything together in a blender. Mint Choco-nut Dream- Servings: 1 1-2 Scoops chocolate whey protein powder ¼- ½ Can coconut Milk 1 tbs Mint flavored Greens First Powder 1 Tsp Organic Cocoa -Add water or ice to desired consistency. Mix everything together in a blender. Raspberry Explosion- Serving: 1 1-2 scoops Berry-Flavored Whey Protein Powder 3 Tbs full fat organic yogurt ¼ - ½ cup frozen or fresh berries Water to desired consistency ½-1 tsp Greens First powder (optional) 1 tsp Hemp Seed Oil (optional) -Mix everything together in a blender. Green Banana Smoothie- Serving: 1 1 Banana, preferable frozen, sliced 2 cups chopped kale 1-2 tsp ground flaxseed (optional) 1 tsp Stevia ½ cup coconut milk or almond milk Veggie-Berry Smoothie- Servings: 2-4 1 cup coconut, almond, or rice milk 1 cup water 2 medium kale leaves 6 baby carrots 8 fresh strawberries 1 cup frozen berries ½ Banana ¼ cup cranberries, fresh or frozen -Put everything in a blender and blend. It may take a while to blend the kale. Tropical Smoothie- Servings: 2 2 Cups organic green grapes 1 large wedge pineapple 2 cups fresh spinach 2-3 pitted dates ½ apple peeled and sliced 2 cups ice Whey Protein (optional) Cool-Down Smoothie-Servings: 1 1 frozen Banana 1 handful baby spinach, washed and trimmed 1 cup coconut milk ½ tsp mint flakes -Put everything in the blender and blend until smooth. To make it cold, you can freeze the banana or chill the coconut milk beforehand. Apple-Almond Smoothie-Servings: 1 Handful of greens (Swiss chard, Spinach, Kale) ¼- ½ cup coconut milk 1 frozen banana, sliced Spoonful Almond butter 1 apple, peeled -Put everything in the blender and blend for 30-45 seconds. Spicy Cinnamon Smoothie- Servings: 1-2 ½ bunch of Kale 1 banana ¼ cup red grapes 1 tsp Vanilla 1 tsp Cinnamon 1 dash of cayenne pepper ( to taste) ½ cup of ice ½ cup water or until desired consistency -Blend all ingredients together Salad Smoothie- Servings: 1-2 1 head Romaine lettuce or ½ head Romaine with two big handfuls spinach ¼ cup water 1 tbs unsweetened cocoa powder or chocolate whey protein powder Stevia or Xylitol to taste Optional: Berries, raw organic egg Super Easy Egg Nog- Servings: 1 1 Whole egg ¼ tsp organic vanilla ¼ - ½ tsp Stevia or Xylitol to taste 1 cup coconut milk Nutmeg to taste 1 pinch of sea salt Beat the egg with sweetener of your choice along with salt. Pour into glass. Add vanilla and milk and stir to mix. Sprinkle a little ground nutmeg on top.
