THIS MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING is made this 27 day of October AMONG: The Lamba Group a corporation incorporated under the laws of Canada, herein acting and represented by Sonny Lamba, duly authorized as he so declares, (hereinafter called the “Company”)
AND:
Carina Coderis, Malabon, Metro Manila (hereinafter called the “Employee”) WHEREAS the Company is in the Internet Business of operating its own
websites. WHEREAS the Employee has experience and expertise in Web services, particularly Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and will provide the Company with its services to fulfill client’s needs. A list of job responsibilities is attached in Annex A. WHEREAS the Employee promises to dedicate full time towards the Company and will act honestly and faithfully in the best interests of the Company. WHEREAS the Employee have reviewed and signed the Confidentiality th Agreement emailed on October 27 2008 WHEREAS the Employee will be paid every month in the amount of $ 600.00 USD NET. WHEREAS this Memorandum of Understanding can be terminated with a 7 days advanced notice by either party in form of Email or Mail.
