Job Title:           Accounts Payable Clerk

SUMMARY
Compiles and maintains accounts payable records by performing the following
duties

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be
assigned.

      Receives and processes all vouchers for entry in to A/P System
      Prepares invoice deduction notices, as necessary
      Will answer any and all vendor inquiries
      Prepares accounts payable checks
      Files paid vouchers to vendor
      Prints all accounts payable reports and maintains all accounts payable
       files
      Will prepare analysis of accounts as required
      Will assist in the monthly closing process
      Other duties assigned by the Controller

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES - None

QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to
