                2010 Chattanooga Catholic Business Expo
                               Hosted By St. Jude CCW

The First Chattanooga Catholic Business Expo will be held on Saturday, November 6th and Sunday
November 7th. Hundreds of fellow parishioners will tour this showcase of wonderful Catholic
owned service and product businesses from the Chattanooga community. This is the ONLY
Catholic business Expo show of the year!

Check out which booth works best for you. Booths are available on a first come first served basis.

To reserve your booth, simply complete the booth reservation form and return to the St. Jude Parish
office or contact Jennifer Huinker at 423-332-8031 or

Main Level Booths include:
8’X10’ Space
1- 8’ table
2 folding chairs
Access to venders lounge

Upper level Booths include:
3.5’ X 12’ space
18”X6’ conference table to be placed against the wall.
2 folding chairs

We also have 4 Premium Booths available – please call for details.

Electric is available for an additional $20. There is a very limited amount of electric available –
reserve your booth ASAP if you are in need of this service.

Extra Chairs are available for $2.50

Passport program available for $10

All tables are requested to be covered.

Checks are to be made out to St. Jude CCW.
Cancellations must be made before October 11th, for a full Refund. NO refunds will be given for
cancellations after October 11th.

Event is for Catholic Chattanooga Businesses only. – No booths given to Ministries unless we have
an opening after October 12th.

Important note: Booths are for Advertising and informational purposes only. No sale of
product can be allowed during exhibit. You can, however, accept deposits for future sales to
be completed at your place of business.
Set up is on Friday November 5th – 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. and Saturday 9:00 – 12:00
Take down starts no earlier than Sunday 3:00 and must be completed by 5:00 p.m.

Exhibit hours – Saturday 1:00 – 8:00 and Sunday 8:30 – 3:00 p.m.

You must Register in the front Lobby of the FLC before unloading and setting up your booth. At
that time you will be instructed on your entrance for setting up. After unloading, please move your
vehicle immediately to allow for other exhibitors to access the FLC.

The CCW will host a networking session for exhibitors from 12:00 – 1:00 on Saturday. A light
lunch and coffee will be served and will allow exhibitors a chance to meet and greet each other
before the event opens to the public.

                         Expo Passport Sponsorship
This program will provide a one-on-one opportunity for greeting customers and prospecting for
additional business from your booth. The program is designed to drive traffic to booths and generate
additional floor traffic throughout both floors. Prize drawings will be held during show days and
How it works:
• Attendees will receive an Expo Passport upon entrance to building.
• The passport will list participating exhibitors and their booth
numbers. Attendees will then visit the participating exhibitors’ booths to have their passport stamped.
Attendees must collect all stamps on the passport to enter the drawing held during expo hours/days.
• A draw box will be positioned with promotional signage in the front lobby.
