Agreement for Co-Production and Distribution

Dixie Hwy, Suite 307 Miami, Fl 33133 Date Name of Producer Address Dear ___________, This letter shall constitute a Co-Production and Distribution agreement between Animus Entertainment Group (“AEG”) and yourself, (Name of Producer), in connection with the Marketing, Development, Production, Distribution and other exploitation of the proposed television series, tentatively titled “(Title of Show).” DOMESTIC MARKET: U.S.A Length of term – _____________ AEG will introduce and represent the television series “(Title of Show)” to broadcasters and networks in the domestic U.S. with the intent of having the show commissioned for a specific number of episodes. AEG shall assist and support the direction of the show including the show summary and episode flow. AEG will design and produce marketing materials necessary to promote the sale of the show. The budget presented to a network shall include developmental costs which will serve as reimbursement to AEG for marketing and sales expenditures. As a Co-Production company, AEG will receive a production fee negotiated with the network within the budget as payment for services described above. AEG will have final approval on all creative concepts related to “(Title of Show).” (Name of Producer) will be responsible for the pre-production, production and postproduction of the series. AEG, with (Name of Producer) assistance will prepare the production budget, in which all of these items will be accounted for AEG and (Name of Producer) will assemble the production team. AEG acknowledges that any production budget will include a salary line item for (Name of Producer) which will be paid by AEG once monies are collected from the network. Dixie Hwy, Suite 307 Miami, Fl 33133 WORLDWIDE DISTRIBUTION Length of term – _______________ As a distributor, AEG will exclusively market, sell, and/or license “(Title of Show)” to broadcast, cable, satellite television, direct-to-video, mobile, and other media platforms around the worldwide territory. AEG’s distribution fee is ( % ) from gross sales. The percentage will also cover AEG’s expenses to travel, present and participate in trade shows for selling purposes. Dubbing, shipping, subtitling and transference of material to different media platforms are NOT included. OPTION TO RENEW AEG will have the right of first refusal for one additional year. AEG retains an early termination clause in the event “(Title of Show)” cannot be sold or commissioned as it exists.
