Panasonic Debuts Three New K-12 Education Panaboard Bundles
Interactive Easiteach software provides Math, Science, Language Arts & Science Lessons

SECAUCUS, NJ October 27, 2008 — Panasonic Communications Company of North America
(PCCNA) today announced the introduction of three new Panaboard Interactive Whiteboard
elementary and junior high school education solutions featuring integrated RM Educational
Software Easiteach teaching tools covering all four major learning disciplines: Math, Science,
       English Language Arts and Geography.

"Panasonic designed the Panaboard with the education market in mind and their robust product
technology is the perfect platform for RM Easiteach," said RM Educational Software Channel
Manager John Chandler. "Our curriculum software bundled with Panasonic Panaboards adds up
to a truly premium classroom solution, offering software tools to assist teachers and a
collaborative vehicle to inspire the students to interact in the classroom."

Unlike many electronic projection and whiteboard teaching aids, which are primarily one-way
information delivery systems reminiscent of flat PowerPoint-type slides and their predecessor
filmstrips, Easiteach solutions are based on interactive curriculum-focused toolbars designed by
       teachers for teachers.

According to Panasonic Product Manager Bob Curci, "Easiteach's vibrant Flash-based lessons
are truly interactive and multi-dimensional, which makes them a perfect match for models like our
UB-8325 Interactive Whiteboard. What makes this the ideal platform for a classroom is the
board’s flexibility which can easily adapt to various teaching methods. Not only are the lessons
displayed on the board and controlled via an electronic pointer/pen, but the teacher can easily
switch to a standard whiteboard mode and utilize standard dry erase markers. This flexibility,
along with proven reliability are the ingredients that help make Panasonic a strong contender in
       the educational market.

"We are delighted to be partnering with RM Educational Software to bring this 21st Century
learning technology to classrooms, students and teachers throughout the U.S." Curci noted that
each Panaboard/Easiteach bundle will ship with one interactive board and a single-user
Easiteach license that can be installed on up to two computers; one typically located in the
classroom and one on the teacher's home computer.

"Ensuring that students derive maximum benefit from Easiteach's adaptable, customizable
content requires that their teachers have access to the software whenever and wherever they are
preparing for upcoming classes," Curci said. "Since the demands of today's education
environment frequently make things like lesson planning part of a teacher's 'homework' we felt it
important that educators using Easiteach in the classroom also have access to the software at

The Panaboard/Easiteach bundles introduced today include the UB-T780EW and UB-T780EM,
which mate, respectively Easiteach for Windows, and Easiteach for Macintosh with the 77-inch
(diagonal) Panaboard UB-T780 interactive whiteboard/projector screen, and the UB-8325EW,
which features Easiteach for Windows and a dual-screen Panaboard UB-8325 with integrated

Manufacturer's suggested retail prices are $2,295 for the UB-T780EW and UB-T780EM; $3,095
for the UB- 8325-EW.
