                                       TA SPECIFICATIONS
      DIRECT DRIVE CLUTCH PRESSURE:                                                     235-250 PSI.

      TA CLUTCH PRESSURE:                                                               235-250 PSI.

      LUBE CIRCUIT:                                                                     18-22 PSI.

      TA SHAFT END PLAY:                                                              .005”-.015”
             (Use .016 or .032 shim behind quill housing to obtain this measurement.)

      NOTICE: In instances where .080 or more end play is to be removed, use only .064 in shims.
             Using too many shims can throw gear alignment off.

      LOWER SHAFT HEX NUT: Tighten to remove all clearance. Back off and then snug up.
            Nut must be drilled through lower shaft and keyed with 1/8”X1/2” roll pin.
                                             ADJUSTMENTS
      1. DUMP SPOOL:
             A. Disconnect transmission brake.
             B. Back off Dump Spool Bolt.
             C. Start tractor engine.
             D. Hold clutch pedal to bottom stop, about 1” from bottom.
             E. Tighten Dump Spool Bolt until tell-light comes on when
                           lube pressure gauge goes to zero.
             F. Turn engine off.
             G. Tighten Dump Spool Bolt 1 more complete revolution and
                           lock locknut.
             H. Reconnect transmission brake.

      2. SELECTOR SPOOL:
              Full up travel and full down travel-no variation allowable. When
              in direct drive snap ring on Selector Spool should have .010
              clearance between nut.

      3. CLUTCH REGULATOR VALUE:
             Plug located above lube pressure switch. To decrease pressure,
             remove inner spring. Cut off (1) one coil of spring for each 10 lbs.
             of pressure reduction desired.

      4. CHARGING PUMP:
             Pick up pressure by turning steering wheel to the left at
             1200-1800 RPM.
