2011 CONFERENCE REGISTRATION POLICIES
Note: This document contains details about registration policies and explains and defines the
different rates. For actual rates (costs) and fees, please see “Conference Registration Rates”
Thank you for your interest in ANJEE’s 26th Annual Environmental Education Conference.
We are thrilled to offer you a first-rate professional development experience hosted entirely
within the comfortable, friendly and professional setting of the Wyndham Princeton Forrestal
Hotel and Conference Center.
We understand that the economic situation has resulted in tighter budgets, but we don’t want
you to miss out on ANJEE’s 26th annual conference. Hence, we are delighted to announce that
our “Early Bird” registration rates are the same for the third year in a row and the rates for
exhibitor and presenter registration rates are the same as last year!
However, because of our contract with the conference facility, we must be absolutely sure of
numbers of registrants. Therefore, registration rules are stricter than in previous years and
registration deadlines must be kept. We hope you understand the need for this and book your
place at ANJEE’s 26th Annual Conference as soon as you are able!
Registration – General
Registration will open on September 7, 2010 and close on January 21, 2011.
Electronic registration is available via www.ANJEE.net/conference
Paper or mail-in registrations are not available, although checks and POs may be mailed. You
can register on-line and forward your payment later.
Payment Methods: Payment can be made by credit card, check, or purchase order. Checks
and purchase orders must be received by January 26, 2011 for your registration to be fully
“Basic” Registration (Early Bird, Regular, Presenters) includes all daytime conference
workshops, programs, keynote presentations, continental breakfast, coffee, snacks, a delicious
hot and cold buffet lunch, and a one-year membership to ANJEE. Pre-conference workshops
and the Friday evening meal (awards program & reception) are priced separately.
“Full” Registration (Early Bird, Regular, Presenters) includes everything included in the
“Basic Registration” as described above, plus the Friday evening meal (awards program &
reception). Pre-conference is not included.

Early Bird rates are available until midnight on December 24, 2010.
Regular Registration commences on December 25, 2010 and concludes on January 21, 2011.
(This cutoff date was selected because ANJEE must guarantee numbers to the Wyndham by
Walk-in Registration is not available for this conference (ANJEE is obligated to give final
numbers to the hotel a week before the conference.)
ANJEE Membership is included in the registration fees. If you cannot attend the conference,
but would like to renew your membership, please check the box provided.
PRESENTERS who wish to participate in any part of the conference and/or lunch are
required to register and should do so at the “Presenter Rate.” This entitles presenters to all the
benefits of a regular registration at a discounted rate. Only primary presenters are afforded this
PRESENTERS who do not wish to attend the conference do not need to register; they shall
receive a complimentary membership. Registration is required in order to attend any portion of
the conference program, including lunch.
EXHIBITOR Registration includes basic conference registration for up to two people,
continental breakfast, hot and cold buffet lunch, snacks, two complimentary memberships, and
the exhibit space (as described in the “Invitation to Exhibit”). People who are registered as
Exhibitors do not need to register separately for the main conference. Options are
provided for those wishing to add the Friday evening meal to their registration (for one or two
people). Exhibitors should ensure they additionally register for any extra, separately-priced,
activities like pre-conference workshops.
Full-time Students with ID shall receive a $15 discount off any the “Participants’ Rates”
registration categories (early bird, basic, regular or full). This discount cannot be applied to
presenter, exhibitor, or Friday evening meal registrations.
Overnight Accommodations are available at the Wyndham Princeton Forrestal Hotel for $95
per room, per night, up to quad occupancy. Directions on securing your room at this rate will be
posted here and elsewhere on the ANJEE conference website as of September 1, 2010.
Refunds and Cancellations
Refund Policy for Participants: Written cancellations and refund requests received by
January 18th will be honored, subject to a $25 administrative fee. A Refund Request Form will
be supplied. Refunds will be processed and issued before the end of March. Requests for
refunds received after January 18th will be considered only in cases of emergencies or
exceptional circumstances if requested in writing by February 5th. Membership fees and fees
paid for Thursday’s pre-conference workshops are non-refundable. Name changes on
registrations shall incur a $25 administrative fee.
Cancellation Policy: If the Wyndham Princeton Hotel and Conference Center closes down for
any weather or emergency-related reason (force majeure), the conference will be cancelled.

Refunds, subject to deductions for ANJEE’s expenses-to-date, membership fees and other fees
stated in this policy, will be issued by March 1. Information and a hotline number will be posted
on the website at www.ANJEE.net.
Refund Policy for Exhibitors: No refunds shall be made after registrations have been
processed except in the event of the conference being cancelled as per previous paragraph.
Liability Waiver: In submitting your conference registration, you confirm that you will participate
in all of the 2011 ANJEE Annual Conference activities at your own risk. Accordingly, you agree
to hold the ANJEE Board and agents harmless against all injury that you might suffer at any
time during this conference.
Conference Scholarship Fund: A limited amount of funds are available to assist people who
require financial aid (for example, unemployed, volunteers and students). Please email the
