Grace E. Dailey
Deputy Comptroller for Large Banks
Grace E. Dailey was named Deputy Comptroller for Large Banks at the Office of the
Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) in October 2001.
In her current position, she is one of two Deputy Comptrollers overseeing the OCC’s
large bank portfolio.
Previously, Ms. Dailey was the Examiner-in-Charge for Citibank, serving in that
capacity for five years. She has filled various field positions within the OCC in
Minneapolis, Chicago, and New York.
Ms. Dailey graduated from the University of Wisconsin, Eau Claire, in May 1982 and
joined the OCC in April, 1983 as Assistant National Bank Examiner in Minneapolis.
She is a member of the OCC’s National Risk Committee, and has earned a Chartered
Financial Analyst designation.
