Overview

JAJAH, a leading global IP telephony service provider provides retail IP calling

communication solutions on the front end, and the entire set of required managed
services on the back end, allowing any company to deploy and manage advanced
communication services to their customers.
The next-generation platform provides complete unified communications services,
comprising solutions for mobile, landline and computers/web. The platform works
on the principle of 'any' - any person, anywhere, on any network, with any device,
any generation or standard, any time.

Call Termination and Carrier Relation Management
JAJAH is the leader in VOIP call termination services and provides reliable and low-
cost long-distance connectivity for carriers and businesses across the world.
Partners using JAJAH’s call termination services originate calls using the SIP
protocol. JAJAH performs call authorization via its AAA server (authentication,
authorization and accounting) and then selects the optimal route for the call using
its Best Cost Routing System.
JAJAH handles all aspects of Carrier relationship, including contracts, invoicing,
payments, disputes and real-time communication management.



Applications
JAJAH provides cutting-edge white-label communication applications through its
leading communication platform, including:

   •   JAJAH Direct - local numbers for international contacts
   •   Text Messaging
   •   Conference calling – initiate and manage VOIP conference calls

User and Account Management
JAJAH provides a complete user and account management solution:
   • User and Account Registry
   • Account management (open, close, update)
   • User verification
   • DID management
   • Case management


A web-based console provides access to the complete functionality and allows
management of all aspects of users and accounts.
User and Account management functionality is also exposed via web services
(SOAP based API) to allow partners to integrate JAJAH’s data with their back-office
and CRM infrastructure. The JAJAH web services allow for real-time management of
users and accounts including user balance.

Storefront
JAJAH provides a complete storefront solution to partners interested in providing
communication services via their website. The storefront is a customizable web
interface hosted by partners and provides users with access to the selected services.

Payment Services
JAJAH’s advanced payment system provides cutting-edge security, fraud prevention
and chargeback protection while supporting all major credit cards and regulated
taxation. The payment system supports flexible partner bank account management
using merchant’s descriptors. JAJAH can notify partner customer care systems on
any payment activity, so partner can keep track of these activities via its back-office
infrastructure and update user balance or take further action.

Billing
JAJAH provides a flexible billing engine that allows partners to offer a variety of
pricing packages, rating tables, fixed and percentage-based discounts, campaigns
and more.

JAJAH supports two billing modes
   1. Partner billing – partner handles billing for its end-users while JAJAH
       provides aggregate billing to partner.
   2. JAJAH direct billing - JAJAH handles end-user billing directly.

Partners can access billing information and reports through the JAJAH online
support tool.

Fraud Prevention
JAJAH has a state-of-the-art, fully scalable in-house fraud prevention system. The
system is comprised of dynamic rules that are constantly updated based on
statistical analysis of fraud activity, and works both real-time and offline to
maximize revenue and minimize losses.
Every payment is monitored and approved by JAJAH’s advanced system. The
system is targeted at detecting stolen or forged credit cards and was designed
especially for online payments (“card not present” scenarios). This advances system
helps minimize fraud and maintain low chargeback levels for partners.

Customer Care
JAJAH provides exceptional customer care 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
JAJAH can offer Tier 1, 2 and 3 multi-lingual, branded customer care via email live
chat and Telephone with a sophisticated knowledge base management system.
Partners get a highly customized solution (branding, content, FAQ’s, etc) with
extensive reporting on all aspects of customer care.

Reporting
JAJAH’s reporting module provides detailed reports on the various aspects of the
service. The reporting engine allows partners to receive scheduled reports and is
customized to partners’ needs and format requirements.

JAJAH’s flexible reporting engine allows partners to define

   •   Report data, structure and format (XML, CSV, Tiff, PDF, HTML, XLS)
   •   Report schedule (daily, weekly, etc).
   •   Look and feel, text and logos

Reports are automatically emailed to pre-defined email addresses.

The JAJAH platform is a best-of-breed IP communications platform supported by a
reliable and proven global backbone. From multiple data centers to professional
network operations center, the JAJAH backbone is carrier grade.

High Availability
JAJAH’s backbone is designed to ensure high performance and availability of all
communication services. The backbone is fully redundant and insures uptime and
availability.

Network Management
JAJAH’s network is monitored 24 X 7 by a professional Network Operations Center
team, using advanced monitoring systems to monitor the network, connectivity,
hardware infrastructure, end to end user experience, external interfaces and
general response time.

Partner Integration
Integration between JAJAH and partners is performed on a number of levels,
depending on the services implemented and by partner.
Storefront, helpdesk and billing are integrated via HTTP, while back office and call
signaling are integrated via SOAP and SIP (call signaling).
