*A 50% reduction in the Conference Registration Fee is allowed for up to 2 presenters for each session.
Please indicate on your registration form if you are presenting. Presenters who do not attend any sessions
but their own must register for the conference but at no cost. Attendance at any Conference function other
than your own requires paid registration.

Presentation Equipment: TV/VCRs, Screens, Overhead Projectors, Internet access, Easels and
Multimedia Projectors can be provided. EQUIPMENT NOT LISTED MUST BE PROVIDED BY THE
PRESENTER. **Please note: Multimedia Projector rental from the hotel is outrageously expensive. Please
provide your own if possible.
