Building cost calculator
Your sum insured consists of the cost of rebuilding your home plus paths,                           Step 4

1. Building replacement costs are based on an average specification inc. GST.
2. Add extra 50% for Quality specification; Add extra 100% for
   Prestige specification.
3. Professional fee costs of 6% to be added if required.
4. Demolition costs of 5% to be added if required.
