         Joined Gatorade and Pepsi teams to research and establish site redesign and social media strategies, respectively.
         Won Agency of Record responsibilities based on presentations to Lucky’s founders and Liz Claiborne marketing executives, with
          direct reporting accountability to the president. This multi-channel was the 1st account of its kind for the LA office.
         Led development of Lucky’s 1st brand campaign in recent years. Created 18-month integrated marketing rollout plan, including
          CRM planning/promotion framework. Guided Lucky through multidisciplinary “Disruption” workshops.

         Parlayed initial Boost assignment into all-inclusive Web site strategy, and phones, service plans, and accessories e-commerce

         Re-launched the Uncle Ben’s Web site and its “Ben Knows Best” campaign extensions, generating a 1,700% increase in traffic
          (7th most visited CPG site at the time) and a 117% increase in billings from the previous year. Propelled coupon redemption rates
          to 17.56% (tripling industry standards) and consistent annual growth of membership and traffic from e-newsletters and online ads.
         Designed an innovative in-store program for Uncle Ben’s which included Web, mobile, and in-store video touch points.
