1.Barbell wrist curl

Place forearm on the bench and let your hands hang freely and the two forearm beradan
in close proximity. Hold the barbell in the position of your palms facing up and wrist
straight parallel with the fore arm. Lower the barbell by bending your wrists as far as
possible, hold briefly and then raise back up to load a second lump palms facing body

2.Hammer curl




The movement is like a dumbbell bicep curl motion common only Dumbell fist when
holding a position facing the body and remain so when the load lifted
