          The Board of County Commissioners of Delaware County, Oklahoma, met in regular
session on April 22, 2002 at 9:00 A.M. with the following members present: Bruce Poindexter,
Chairman; Howard Payton, Member and Dave Kendrick, Member. The Chairman called the
Meeting to order and the following business was transacted.

          Motion made by Dave Kendrick seconded Howard Payton that the Board of County

Commissioners of Delaware County is hereby authorized to approve Transfer of Funds for the
Kenwood Fire Department as follows: From FD-KW-2 to FD-KW-3 in the amount of $4,600.00.

Commissioners of Delaware County is hereby authorized to approve Inter-Local Agreement between
Monkey Island Fire Department and the Hickory Grove Fire Department to purchase Tanker
Truck. Agreement attached. Bruce Poindexter votes aye, Howard Payton votes aye., Dave Kendrick
votes aye. Motion carried.

        Motion made by Howard Payton seconded by Dave Kendrick that the Board of County
Commissioners of Delaware County is hereby authorized to advertise for sealed bids on the
publication of 2001 Delinquent Personal Tax. Persons interested in submitting a bid are to contact
Loretta Kirby, P.A., located in the County Clerk’s Office, Jay, Oklahoma. Bids will be opened and
reviewed with possible acceptance in regular meeting dated May 6, 2002 at 9:00 A.M. Bids will be
received no later than May 6, 2002 at 8:30 A.M. in the County Clerk’s Office, Jay, Ok. Board
reserves the right to accept/reject any and all bids and the right to readvertise. Bruce Poindexter

of Courthouse steps and use of PA system for National Day of Prayer May 2, 2002 at 12:00 P.M.
