AIESEC provides students with a leadership and development programme that helps bridge the gap between university and
professional employment. The programme, Emerge, involves an active job role within a team environment that will teach
appropriate job skills through peer support and training seminars. AIESEC also has a team of people working to make sure that
each member achieves their individual goals. As well as leadership development, AIESEC offers the opportunity to go on an
overseas internship! This year our main destinations are the Philippines, China and Romania. There are lots of internships
available during summer, in areas such as teaching English and HIV/AIDS education. We also have longer internships available
in places like Hungary and Turkey.

laptop. The operating system, Sugar, can run on any machine and was created with children ages 5-12 in mind. It encourages

programmes (or old programmes on new operating systems) and see if we encounter any difficulties or breakages.
