Mission:
MCG is a fully integrated Enterprise in
which all County Government Departments
and Offices have the ability to reliably
access information in a secure
environment to perform government
services and functions essential to its
citizens.

Guiding Principles:
 DTS plays a major role within the MCG
 community. DTS interfaces in many ways
 with virtually all departments and offices.
 In this critical position, DTS establishes

 technology arena. The business conduct

 commitment and accountability to our
 customers.

Definition (Wikipedia)
    eGovernment - Electronic Government (also known as
    “eGov”, digital government or online government) refers to
    government’s use of information and communication technology
    (ICT) to exchange information and services with citizens,
    businesses, and other arms of government.
    eGov Models:

    ▪ Government-to-Business (G2B)
    ▪ Government-to-Government (G2G)

    DTS enables the County Government to utilize Information and
    Telecommunication technologies to provide efficient, convenient,
    and accessible services to County residents.
