as set out by by Towne Hall Rental Policy #11-2003
Damage Deposit $500 to accompany agreement (cheque postdated for date of function, held and
refunded unless damage incurred)
Rental Fee due upon booking (Refundable with 1 month written notice of cancellation)

Terms and Conditions
1. The $500 damage deposit is due when the Hall is booked. A postdated cheque or cash is held until the
day after the event and damage assessment completed. (Funds are returned provided no damage.)
2. Rental Fee is due on booking. Rental Fees will be non-refundable unless Hall is cancelled (in
writing) one month prior to the function.
3. The renter is responsible for the purchase of a liquor license if liquor is to be available. The
Liquor License is to be posted at the bar for the duration of the function.
4. The Renter is responsible for purchasing Third Party Liquor Liability or General Liability insurance. A copy
of the insurance coverage will be provided to the Summer Village Office prior the the date of the function.
5. The Renter is responsible for cleaning the hall following the function to restore the hall to the
condition in which it was found when the renter arrived. Cleaning fees of $25 per hour will be
charged and deducted from the damage deposit for any cleaning not completed by the renter.
6. The Renter is responsible for any damage to the hall made by any person attending the function.
Repair charges will be deducted from the damage deposit for any damages. Should the damage
deposit be insufficient to cover the repairs, the Renter agrees to pay for the difference.

Please drop by the office at 615 - 2 ave the day prior to the function
to pick up the key. The key is to be returned to the office the
following day or dropped through the slot in the Community League
door located 80 feet north of the Ma-Me-O office.
