Management Team
Wayne Tollemache
Executive Managing Director - Asia Pacific
Wayne joined First Advantage as Executive Vice President (Regional Managing Director) - APAC in February 2007. He is responsible for all
operations of First Advantage in the Asia Pacific region.

Currently, Wayne is spearheading First Advantage’s expansion of offerings in the Asia Pacific region from background screening -
a market dominated by the Company - to the full continuum of First Advantage’s hiring-related service offerings.

In a career spanning 22 years, Wayne, a management graduate from University of Waikato, New Zealand, has worked in various capacities
in Business Development, Operations and Quality Management. Many of his initiatives have resulted in outstanding business outcomes
including increased productivity, profits, sales, awards and accolades from a global perspective.

Prior to joining First Advantage, Tollemache spent 10 years with TeleTech, a leading global business process outsourcing provider, most
recently as Managing Director, Singapore & Malaysia. In that capacity he had full profit and loss accountability and was responsible
for operations and business growth within the region. Prior to that he was Chief Operating Officer for TeleTech Malaysia and Business
Development Director for TeleTech New Zealand. He began his career with Telecom New Zealand Ltd., where he was Quality Manager and
was subsequently promoted to National Manager.

Wayne receives regular invitations to speak at various management and educational forums from across the globe. He has spoken at Purdue
University - USA, TUANZ Conferences - New Zealand, Asia Pacific Customer Management Conference - Singapore and was recently a
Keynote speaker at CCAS Seminar in Singapore.


Nozer Amalsadiwala
General Manager - India
Nozer joined First Advantage in August 2010 and is leading Sales, Marketing and Account Management functions for all of West Asia. He
is responsible for conceptualizing, planning and executing strategic initiatives in line with the organization’s vision and business objectives,
especially in relation to clients and prospects.

With 13 years of work experience in various industries like banking, insurance and automobiles, Nozer has worked with corporate groups
like Tata AIG Life Insurance, ICICI Bank, HDFC Bank and Maruti. His last assignment was as Head - Strategic Planning and Development for
Alternate Channels at Tata AIG Life. Nozer is an alumni of the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Lucknow and completed his degree in
commerce from Jaihind College, Mumbai University.


Tim Bennett
General Manager - Japan and Korea
Tim is the General Manager of First Advantage Japan & Korea and is based at our office in Tokyo, Japan.

Tim has been with First Advantage Japan, since 2008. He joined the business at a crucial time of integration and adding customer value after
a strong period of organic growth and acquisitions. The company specializes in pre-employment screening services in Japan and Korea.

Tim holds an MBA in International Business from the University of Bristol and has direct investigative experience from 6 years in law
enforcement. Prior to joining First Advantage he has been an international business manager with European and Japan based companies.
Guy Cary
General Manager - Australia and New Zealand
Guy Cary joined First Advantage as Managing Director - East Asia in November 2007, based in Philippines. Subsequent to the acquisition
of Verify Ltd, he also became responsible for First Advantage’s South East Asia operations. In June 2009, he was appointed to the role of
General Manager, Australia and New Zealand.

Guy moved to Asia in 2000 and was Director of Customer Service with SingTel, based in Singapore, until 2006.

Prior to joining First Advantage, Guy was Senior Vice President at Scicom MSC BHD, a BPO company headquartered in Kuala Lumpur,
Malaysia. In that capacity he held full profit and loss accountability and was instrumental in the increase of its clients’ portfolios. Whilst
living in Asia, he has set up leading APAC Contact Centres and delivered operational consultancy to various organisations in Malaysia and
Singapore.

In a career spanning over 25 years, Guy has worked in all aspects of client and customer focused businesses (both in-house and outsourced)
covering telecommunications, airline, banking, insurance and automotive. He began his Contact Centre career with Mondial Assistance, a
leading global travel and motoring assistance organisation.

Guy has contributed to a number of professional publications. Recently, his teams won the Frost and Sullivan ‘Best Contact Centre Manager’
and ‘Best Outsourced Service Contact Centre’ Industry Awards.


Ian Grist
General Manager - Philippines
Ian joined the First Advantage team in May 2009 as General Manager - Philippines and is responsible for the operation in the Philippines
which delivers services to local and regional clients.

Prior to First Advantage, during his 20+ year career, Ian worked in a broad range of roles including IT, operations, marketing and business
development. Most recently he was responsible for running off-shore operations in the Philippines and China delivering services to blue chip
clients in the APAC region and U.S.


Quah Soon Hong
General Manager - Singapore
Soon Hong joined First Advantage as General Manager (Regional Business Support) - APAC in July 2009. He is responsible for providing
business support for the operations of First Advantage in the Asia Pacific region. He is also responsible for the expansion of product
offerings in the Asia Pacific region from background screening to the full continuum of First Advantage’s Talent Acquisition Management
Solution offerings.

In a career spanning 17 years, Soon Hong, a mechanical engineer graduate from University of Glasgow, Scotland (UK) and a Master of
Science in Information Technology from National University of Singapore, has worked in various capacities in Business Development, Product
Management and Operations. Prior to joining First Advantage, Soon Hong worked with One Rochester Group as the Director of Sales and
Operations, IntegraScreen as the VP of Operations for 7 countries and Teletech as the Director of Operations for multiple sites.


Barry Wong
General Manager - China (including Hong Kong)
Barry joined the First Advantage’s management team in APAC in January 2009 as the General Manager of Greater China, responsible for
growth and development of the Greater China operations and business development.

With offices in Hong Kong, Shanghai, Zhuhai and Beijing, Barry is the principal driver for First Advantage’s development in the Greater
China region. With a strong operations and business development background in the Outsourcing and HR industry in Asia, Barry brings his
expertise in his local knowledge and regional focus to the company.

Whilst running his own business in the wine export trade in Australia in the 90’s, through his travels in Asia Barry became fascinated with the
general business growth in China. He went on and started a successful trading business based in Guangzhou, China, importing advance
technologies into the local building and constructions industry during the country’s booming growth in this period.

After selling his successful business in China, Barry returned to Hong Kong and joined ADP Employer Services, the World’s largest HR and
Payroll outsourcing solutions provider, as their Business Manager, responsible for their operations and business development for the Hong
Kong and China region. In 2004 he joined Zapper Services as their Regional Manager in North Asia, where he was pivotal in driving the
company’s growth in the APAC region.
