                                                  Unit 8.5 – Creating graphics for the WWW
         In this unit, pupils will use Graphics packages and image editing software to create their own individual banner for the Olympic Games London
         2012. Pupils will identify audiences and use graphics software to produce GIF images. These images will be combined to create an effective
         banner containing their own designed logo, which will be inserted onto a web-site. This unit will test pupil’s ability to create and edit web-based
         images; all pupils should be working at a level 5 or above.
