					The following specification particularly describes the invention and the manner
in which it is to be performed.

FIELD OF INVENTION


This invention relates to a foolproof system for tracking any vehicle, individual
and provides security for the safety of the passenger in a vehicle. It
also helps tracking of employees of corporate business houses for whom
the logistics is organized for attending to the workplace and safe
return to their residence.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

In light of the recent rape and murder of Pratibha Srikanth Murthy, an
employee of the business process outsourcing arm of Hewlett Packard in
Bangalore, the inventor, thought that is was necessary to device a foolproof
system which would help avoid such unpleasant instances in the future to other
women in India, and around the world who due to economic and other reasons
work at odd hours to support themselves and their families.

OBJECTS OF THE INVENTION

   1. Passenger safety. There is nothing more important in the world than a
      human life. One works to live, and not to be raped or murdered while
      commuting to work place. This invention aims at providing a full proof
      system which ensures the safe commutation of employees, working odd
      hours, to their work place.

   2. Monitoring and regulating fleet of vehicles: It is important to monitor
      the vehicles deployed to pick up and leave employees from home to
      workplace and vise versa, because firstly, the ply at late hours of the
      day, the safety of each employee is crucial, and time management.

   3. Authorized use of official vehicles: this invention aims at eliminating
      use of official vehicles by people other than the employees, such as their
      friends etc.

   4. Check on drivers’ behaviour: it is often found that the drivers of cabs
      are locals who are at times rude to the passenger, drive rashly, or are
      drunk while driving. This invention allows the passengers to report any
      such kind of behavior to the control room and also stop the vehicle
      immediately, for their safety. Thus, not only the driver, but also the
      passengers have control over the vehicles.
   5. Immediate remedial action: In case of a mishap happening the
      employer and the police are altered immediately, by the press of a
      button. Thus, it is possible for a rescue team or the police to reach the
      site of incident as soon as possible and take control over the situation.

STATEMENT OF INVENTION

According to this invention the BLACK BOX generates a company specific
“COMPANY ID”, and “Employee ID” which is read by the company decoder, or
automatically detected by it when the employee is within the BLACK BOX
receiver circle, which is in turn through the Global Positioning System (GPS) is
used by the Remote security team (base station) positioned at the respective
company’s workplace to track and monitor in real time, the position of the
vehicles, and the passengers seated in it, and in the event of a mishap or
unwarranted situation, the passenger by the press of a button in the mobile key
kept with the passenger, activate an other BLACK BOX, which alerts the base
station, the police, and switches on the siren of the vehicle, which in turn ,
alerts the passer by, and Vehicle immobilizer is automatically activated, which
immobilizes the vehicle within 10 seconds, thereby creating a window for the
passengers, rescue team, and / the police to take preventive/ remedial
measures in due time.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF           THE   INVENTION     WITH     REFERENCE     TO
ACCOMPANYING DRAWINGS

This invention is a unique combination of the following technologies:

   1. GPS:

      Global Positioning System (GPS) is a satellite-based navigation system for
      civilian and military application. This system works in any weather
      conditions and anywhere in the world.

      GPS satellites circle the earth twice a day in a very precise orbit and
      transmit signal information to earth. GPS receivers take this information
      and use triangulation to calculate the user’s exact location. Essentially,
      the GPS receiver compares the time a signal was transmitted by a
      satellite with the time it was received. The time difference tells the
      GPS receiver how far away the satellite is.             Now with distance
      measurements from a few more satellites, the receiver can determine
      the user’s position and display it in the unit’s electronic map this system
      is used in out product.



   2. Black Box 2
      Black Box 2 used in this invention consists of a device that communicates
      with a “TAG”, which is embedded with single-chip processor and an
      antenna. Black Box 2 is capable of storing and transmitting information.




   3. BLACK BOX 3

      BLACK BOX 3 :- it is a system used in this invention which alerts the base
   station, the police and switches on the siren of the vehicle which alerts any
   passer by, if the employee/ passenger does not arrive to work or to home
   within the estimated time of arrival or estimated time of departure, or
   incase of any mishap.

   4. BLACK BOX 4.

      BLACK BOX 4. :- this system also used in this invention immobilizes the
   vehicle, the moment the traveler in the vehicle presses/ switches ON the
   “IMMOB”/”PANIC” key in remote key available with them. The vehicle
   comes to a grinding halt within 10 Seconds and can not move or start the
   moment the vehicle receives and accepts the command from the
   “IMMOB”/”PANIC” Key.


Reference is made to figure No. 1, which relates to chronological event of
employee pickup/ drop during normal situations. The various steps as
mentioned in figure No. 1 are enumerated and explained herein below:

         1. Step1: The vehicle leaves for picking up from employee’s office/
            logistic provider office or any determined location.

         2. Step2: Vehicle arrives at the employee residence; picks up
            employee and VMSS system get activated automatically. The same
            is the case when employee boards the vehicle at the works place
            for a drop to his residence.


         3. Step 3: As soon as the VMSS system activates it transmits by
            means of BLACK BOX tag the following information at the base
            station/helpdesk situated at workplace

                   a. Employee ID,
                   b. Vehicle ID,
                   c. Driver ID,
                      d. Time at which employee Boards vehicle,
                      e. The position of vehicle indicated through the map with
                         the base station / helpdesk.

         4. Step 4: As soon as the employee gets down at the destination
            he/she will be outside range and this information will be
            transmitted to the helpdesk along with the position so that the
            person at help desk can get information that the employee has
            reached the destination safely.

The system can be configured to accommodate from 1 to 25 and above
passengers in a vehicle as required and the position of the vehicle can be
continuously tracked with GPS in real time map at the base station.

Reference is made to figure No. 2, chronological event of employee pickup/
drop during abnormal situations. The various steps as mentioned in figure No.
1 are enumerated and explained herein below:

         1. Step1: The vehicle leaves for picking up from employee’s office/
            logistic provider office or any determined location.

         2. Step2. Vehicle arrives at employee residence, picks up employee
            and systems get automatically activated. The same is the case
            when employee boards the vehicle at the works place for a drop
            to the residence.

         3. Step 3: As soon as the system activates it transmits by means of a
            tag the following information at the base station/helpdesk
            situated at workplace
                 i. Employee ID,
                ii. Vehicle ID,
               iii. Driver ID,
               iv. Time at which employee Boards vehicle,
                v. The position of vehicle indicated through the map with the
                    base station /helpdesk

         4.   Step 4: As soon as the employee encounters a problem in view of
              Fear psychosis of passenger due to –
                      1. Misbehavior of driver,
                      2. Rash driving,
                      3. physical assault,
                      4. Driver drunk,
                      5. Any other reasons.

              He/She will use the panic button of the remote key with him/her. The moment
              panic button is pressed by passenger siren installed in the vehicle will go ON
              immediately alerting passers by. The vehicle will also automatically stop with
              10 seconds and will not be in a position to move through built- in immobilizer
             circuit installed. Immediately after this distress signal is transmitted to the
             base station the employee ID is also indicated. Immediately on receiving
             distress signal base station helpdesk will automatically generate and transmit
             data about distress to police control room.

         5. Step 5 : Rescue Team / Police arrives and takes control of the situation.

         6. Step 6: Rescue vehicle arrives and picks up the employee.




It is to be noted that the present invention is susceptible to modifications,
adaptations, and changes by those skilled in this field. Such variant
embodiments employing the concepts and features of this invention are
intended to be within the scope of the present invention, which is further set
forth under the following claims: -


         1. Use in Combination of Global Positioning System (GPS), BLACK
            BOX 1,2,3 and 4 -
                i. to track, monitor, the movement of vehicles employees to
                   pick up and drop employees from their home to work
                   place, and vise versa,
               ii. to ensure safety of employees / passengers,
              iii. to avoid an unwarranted situated like wrong pick up, delay
                   in commutation, the designated route of commutation not
                   being followed, drunken or rash driving, misbehavior or
                   driver, etc,
              iv. to estimate time of arrival / departure of the employee,



         The other application for the same product can be used in different
         application such as :
         a) For application for picking up school children and drop.
         b) For the application for pick up and drop of Airline staff.
         c) It also acts as a whole security system for the vehicle, taking the
            security system of the vehicles to a newer height.
