Subject is located in a market that is "declining/depreciating." These market conditions are a response to many of the same factors seen in the recent, nationwide
housing crises. Contributing to price declines is due to tightened lending standards and an oversupply of homes on the market. The comps utilized are the best
and most recent sales/listings available in order to offer a reasonable substitute for the subject on the open market. The subject is located in a maintained condo
community, no access was granted. Conforms to area. No adverse conditions were noted at the time of inspection based on exterior observations, unable to
