                  Board of Directors Meeting
               March 15, 2011             6:30 PM
                          MINUTES

The Board of Directors for the Trails of Seminole HOA, Inc. held the
regularly scheduled meeting on March 15, 2011 at 6:30 PM. The meeting
was held at the Walker Elementary School, 3101 Snow Hill Road,
Chuluota, FL 32766. The meeting was duly noticed.

1.0 Call to Order:   R. Farney called the meeting to order at 6:32 PM.
2.0 Call of the Roll:R. Farney, F. Laudecio, S. Peroulakis, N. Hummel,
                     D. DelRosario.
                     D. Robinson Sentry Management, Inc.
3.0 Reading & Disposition of the Minutes:
                     D. DelRosario made a motion to….”approve the
                     minutes of the February 15, 2011 meeting as written
                     and previously distributed.” The motion was
                     seconded. Motion passed 5-0.
4.0 Reports:         The reports were deferred.
5.0 Unfinished Business:
                     R. Farney made a motion to …”put the portable
                     Basket Ball structure issue to a community wide
                     vote with the majority ruling.” The motion was
                     seconded. Motion passed 5-0.
6.0 New Business:    The Board considered the Fines Committee
                     recommendations and the following actions were
                     agreed:
                             Lot # 111…..$250 fine imposed and
                     suspended with the stipulation that a reoccurrence
                     will result in an immediate $100 fine.
                             Lot #3009…..$100 fine.
                             Lot #137……$250 fine imposed and
                     suspended with the stipulation that a reoccurrence
                     will result in an immediate $100 fine.
                             Lot #123……$100 fine.
                             Lot #158……$100 fine and 30 days to
                     correct. If not corrected in 30 days further fines will
                     be imposed at the rate of $100 per day.
                             Lot #135……$100 fine and 30 days to
                     correct. If not corrected in30 days further fines will
                     be imposed at the rate of $100 per day.
                             Lot #117……$100 fine and 30 days to
                     correct. If not corrected in 30 days further fines will
                     be imposed at the rate of $100 per day.
                            Lot # 13…….$100 fine and 30 days to
                    correct. If not corrected in 30 days further fines will
                    be imposed at the rate of $100 per day.
7.0 Adjournment:    There being no further business the meeting was
                    adjourned at 8:04 PM.
