Decorative Label XL Punch, Piercing Tool,
                                                      Mat Pack, Sticky Strip, Dimensionals

Step 1: Prepare box base

   1. Download box template from post. This is NOT
          awn
drawn to scale but will give you the dimensions for
        cutting and scoring. Start with a 12 x 9 ¼ piece of
        paper and score along lines.

   2. Cut along lines to match cut lines on the template.
                          ’,
When cutting ‘tabs’, I always cut on an angle
                         ther end.
…makes it go together better at the end Fold the
tabs under so you can round the corners on the top
      and bottom flaps.

   3. Randomly stamp the leaf image using Crumb Cake
      ink.
   4. Add Sticky Strip (or other ‘strong’ adhesive to tabs)

Step 2: Start Front Closure

   1. Layer 3 x 3 ¼” piece of Whisper White on 3 1/8 x 3
3/8” Tangerine Tango. Add some gold brads for
      decoration.
   2. Layer onto 3” section of box (this image is now
flipped from the pictures above). Hang this piece a
      little over the edge.
   3. Lay a button where you want it. It helps to lay the
‘ric rac’ piece across the front so you have some
idea of placement. Pierce through the holes using
      the piercing tool and mat.
   4. “Sew” the button onto the short side of the box
      using linen thread.

Step 3: Make the Box

   1. Make the box by folding in the tabs and attaching
      them to the inside sides.

Step 4: Finish Off Box Front

   1. Lay piece of Concord Crush ‘ric rac’ (from the
Tasteful Trim die) across the box front. Make sure
you cut it long so you have room to play. Tuck one
groove under the button, then attach on the left
side using a gold brad (carefully use your piercing
tool to make hole for brad).

   2. Trim along the sides of the ‘ric rac’ to match box
      front.

   3. Stamp three leaves (Pumpkin Pie, Pear Pizzazz,
Concord Crush) using Versamark and Clear
Embossing Powder. Cut out. Add the Pear Pizzazz
and Concord Crush leaves to box front.

   4. Stamp ‘tag’ by inking the Just for you from the
Afterthoughts set in Concord Crush and punch out
with Wide Oval Punch. Layer onto a Pear Pizzazz
Decorative Label tag. Put two dimensional on the
top portions of the back of the tag.
   5. Add to box front. The tag does ‘hang over’ the ric
rac but because it is on dimensional, the ric rac can
still swing to open and close.
   6. Add a dimensional to the upper back of the
Pumpkin Pie leaf and add to front of box over the
      ric rac.

   7. Ric rac is used as the closure for your box with the
      button holding it in place.

The Cards
    1. The cards are based on the same design as the front
       of the box
    2. Take a 5 ½ x 8 ½ piece of Crumb Cake cardstock and
score along the 8 ½” side at 1” and 5 ¼”. This will
give you the ‘fancy’ fold in the front.
    3. Whisper White is same as above – 3 x 3 ¼ mounted
       on a 3 1/8 x 3 3/8 piece of Tangerine Tango. Three
gold brads are placed down the side.
    4. Add to card front with right end slightly off edge of
       the card.
    5. Add large Concord Crush ‘ric rac’ along card. Only
adhere to the left hand side so card can be opened
    6. Leaves are Concord Crush, Pear Pizzazz and
Pumpkin Pie, stamped with Versamark, clear
       embossed and cut out.
    7. Greetings are from the Afterthoughts Level 1
Hostess set. Ink using Concord Crush marker,
stamp on Peach Parfait, punch with Wide Oval
       punch.
    8. Greeting is mounted on Pear Pizzazz Decorative
Label and then to card front.
    9. Cards are now ready to add to the box along with 4
       Whisper White Envelopes.

The Completed Set
I hope you have enjoyed my Paisley Prints cards set. I just
LOVE these colors for the fall and what a great set to give to
someone or to use yourself. With a change of colors and
stamp, you could use any of the stamps in the Paisley Print
set to make up as a set to give everyone.

HAPPY STAMPIN’!
