Registration Fee: The registration fee, combined with funds contributed by our generous sponsors, will allow meeting attendees and students to receive one copy of the

Refund Policy: Requests for registration refunds will be honored if a written notification of cancellation is received by the Office of Conferences & Institutes on or before October 19, 2001. A $50.00
processing fee will be deducted from all registration refunds. Sorry, no refunds will be honored for cancellations after October 19, 2001.
