ANALYSIS OF THE TEAM EFFORT TO IMPLEMENT THE PROJECT

Active members of the group:

    Designer - Rajbir Kaur
    Developer - Anand Makwana
    Database - Keniesha lee Allen

All members of the group had a very active role and helped in all
sections although primary roles were assigned.
A LIST OF CHALLENGES THAT THE GROUP ENCOUNTERED

 Time was one our greatest challenges. We have limited time to and we
were hurrying to finish up. We also had a lot of projects to complete therefore we
were not giving enough time to complete the project.

 The other major challenger is lack of resources. We could not access the
labs sometimes when we needed to work therefore we had a difficulty accessing
the resources we need. The software we needed was not installed in every lab.

 One of our other challenges was getting the functionality working on time.
Due to the fact that we were just understanding some of the functions it took us a
while to implement all of them.
