                               NAU Brass Bash 2010
Brass students are invited to Brass Bash, a new brass workshop at the Northern Arizona
University School of Music. There are no fees for this event.

Students will hear a concert by the Elden Brass- the faculty brass quintet of NAU- and participate
in a master-class on body mapping and breathing. There will also be master classes for each
instrument, along with instrument-choir readings. The day will end with the NAU Fall Brass
Showcase concert, and Brass Bash students will perform alongside NAU students in instrument
choirs and with the NAU Brass Choir.

The classes will be held in the School of Music at Northern Arizona University. The School of
Music is located on Riordan Road just off of Milton Road. Registration will begin at 12:00 noon,
followed by events beginning at 1:00. The Brass Showcase will be in Ashurst Hall and will begin
at 6:00, following a break for dinner.
