Hula Hoop Fitness The Hoop Fitness workout is a feel good class that inspires strength, confidence, power and poise using the hula hoop. Thursdays from 5:30-6:30 pm Feel free to contact the Rec Center with any questions at 458-2977. Cost is $6.00 per class. All participants must have a Rec Center Membership prior to taking the class.
