      The Bidders must have experience in providing technical / financial advisory
      services in India for development of projects in the Infrastructure Sector like
      Ports, Port Services, Road, Highways & Expressways, Bridges and Tunnels,
      Airfield/Airports, Railways, Power, Telecom etc., under PPP model (BOT/ BOOT
      etc.) The Bidders should possess experience in preparation of Detailed Project
      Reports, Feasibility reports inter-alia includes but not limited to traffic
      forecasting, technical feasibility, financial viability of projects, project structuring
      for the above mentioned sector projects. The Bidder have worked closely with
      Govt. entities
Minimum Eligibility Criteria
   (a) The Bidder should have completed at least three such assignment of
      preparation of DPR for Govt. entities in India as mentioned above in the
      preceding five years for a project costing more than Rs.10 Crores.
   (b) The Applicant shall have received a minimum income of Rs. 50 (fifty) lakhs or
       US $ 0.25 (zero point two five) million per annum from professional fees during
       each of the 3 (three) financial years preceding the Proposal Due Date.
Sale of Tender document : Tender documents can be obtained from the Accounts
                        Officer (Cash), Chennai Port Trust at the Ground Floor of
                        the Old Administrative Office Building by any authorized
                        representative of the bidder on payment of Rs.1000/- in
                        the form of Cash or Demand Draft drawn in favour of
                        Chairman, Chennai Port Trust payable at Chennai.
                              The document may also be downloaded from the Chennai
                              Port’s web site and the cost of the document shall be
                              submitted along with the application in the form of
                              separate Demand Draft. The document will not be sent by
                              Post.
Sale Period                   :    From 10.03.2010 to 06.04.2010
                                   (between 10:00 Hrs. and 16:00 Hrs. on all working
                                   days except on Sundays, 2nd & 4th Saturdays and
                                   Port Holidays)
