businesses, I was looking for more and better information to provide my

it into multi million dollar revenues. However, I dont think that growing your
business into a larger enterprise is really as difficult if you read this book.

Even if you are only interested in growing your business to a few thousand
a month, or a few hundred thousand a year, this book will still help you.
Thats because most of the techniques in this book can be scaled.

What Michael Masterson does is explain the four stages of business based
on his experience. He then explains the pitfalls in each stage and shows
you how to overcome each stage, whether its structuring your business
correctly or developing your product line.

Regardless of what stage you are in though, he consistently drives home
the most important lesson that every business owner needs to be
reminded of: if you want to grow your business, if you want to make
money, you have to market.
In Stage 1, you create your first product. The focus here is on marketing.
You want to get your first customer and build a custo mer base.

In Stage 2, you continue to focus on marketing, but you also add more
products to your product line.

In Stage 3, the focus is in modifying the structure of your business so you
arent working all of the time and your business continues to grow.

In Stage 4, youve come full circle. You determine the role you want to play
in your business, as well as getting sales going again as they may stall.

In fact, marketing and making sales is the most important element of your
business, and if you dont market, you wont make sales.

It really doesnt matter what type of business you own either; the formula is
the same. You create products that others want to buy, and you create

As a long time reader of Michael Masterson, and someone who reads
