					            WPI Yellow Ribbon Program Application – Undergraduate students
                              2010-2011 Academic Year

WPI has entered into an agreement with the Department of Veterans Affairs to participate in the Yellow
Ribbon Program during the 2010-2011academic year. WPI will award six (6) undergraduate students a
WPI Yellow Ribbon Scholarship up to $10,000 per academic year (fall and spring semesters only). Funds
will be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis determined by the date of receipt of all completed
application requirements. To receive benefits under the Yellow Ribbon Program:

     You must be eligible for the Post 9/11 GI Bill at the 100% benefit rate. For benefits information,
                                   please visit: http://www.gibill.ga.gov/

1). You must submit an application for Post 9/11 benefits to the Department of Veterans Affairs. You
    can do this online at http://www.gibill.va.gov or by calling 1-888-GIBILL1 (1-888-442-4551). You
    will receive a Certificate of Eligibility explaining the VA’s decision regarding your eligibility for the
    Yellow Ribbon program.

2). You must submit a copy of your Certificate of Eligibility to WPI along with this completed
    application.

In addition to the WPI Yellow Ribbon Program Application, the following documents must be on file in
the WPI Office of Financial Aid in order for your WPI Yellow Ribbon Application to be considered
complete.

Incoming first year or transfer students:                           2010-2011 CSS PROFILE
                                                                    2010-2011 Noncustodial PROFILE
                                                                      (if applicable)
                                                                    2010-2011 FAFSA


Returning upper class students:                                     2010-2011 FAFSA
                                                                    2010-2011 WPI Upperclass Application


  Applications will be reviewed on a first come, first served basis based on submission of all requested
                                              documents.

                   Applications sent to our office via email or fax will not be accepted.
