            What is PU
 Polyurethane  is an organic polymer.
 "Polyurethanes are formed by
  reacting a polyol (an alcohol with
  more than two reactive hydroxyl
  groups per molecule) with a
  diisocyanate or a polymeric
  isocyanate in the presence of suitable
  catalysts and additives."
 Polyurethanes  are best known to the
 public in the form of flexible foams:
 upholstery, mattresses, earplugs,
 chemical-resistant coatings, specialty
 adhesives and sealants, and packaging. It
 also comes to the rigid forms of insulation
 for buildings, water heaters, refrigerated
 transport, and commercial and residential
 refrigeration.
 Ingeneral the shelf life of urethanes is
 from 6 to 12 months.

 PMMA   – Polymethyl methacrylate-
  acrylate
 Different polymer make-up than PU
 PMMA is a two-component methyl
  methacrylate-based acrylic durable
  resin.
 Faster curing
               Why PMMA?
   Fast cure
   Excellent adhesion on polar substrates
   Hard, rigid, transparent, absorbs very little
    visible light
   Good water resistance
   Good resistance to alkalis, salts and dilute acids
   Good outdoor weather resistance
   Organic solvent resistance is not as good as PU
   PMMA liquids will have an extended shelf life
