                                                 Irish Cruise General Conditions

Deposit & Payments: The following deposit is required to secure confirmed accommodations. Deposit must be received within 7 days of making
reservation. Deposit of $ 50 per Stateroom is required at time of reservation if made by December 10, 2009. Balance of deposit of $ $175 per
person is due by May 9, 2010. Final Payment is due by June 1, 2010 Payment can be made by check, American Express, Visa, MasterCard or
Discover.
Cancellation & Refunds: For most cruises and tours, a full refund (except for amounts paid for Vacation Protection Plan) will be made for written
cancellations received by Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines at least 60 days before the date on which you are to commence travel (by air, rail, sea or
otherwise). Passengers, who cancel after that date for any reason, including medical or family reasons, are subject to the following per-person
cancellation fees:

For certain cruises and tours, different cancellation policies apply. Please consult the brochure for your cruise or tour to confirm the applicable
cancellation policy. Given that the resales of cancelled space will likely result in a lost opportunity to sell other space, these fees are due regardless
of resale. Fees incurred as a result of cancellation cannot be applied to future bookings. Refunds will normally be made to your travel agent. Travel
agents may impose their own cancellation fees. Agency fees of any nature are a matter to be decided on solely by the agency and passengers.
Name changes require the prior approval of Royal Caribbean and may not always be possible. Cruise and Cruise Tour Contracts are
nontransferable. Name changes and departure date changes are considered reservation cancellations and are subject to cancellation fees.
Cruise Rates: Government taxes and fees are not included in the cruise rate. Airfare is additional. Taxes on airline transportation, air
transportation, shore excursions, medical services, items of a personal nature—such as bar beverages, gift shop purchases, beauty salon/ barber
shop & massage services, gambling and service/porterage gratuities-are not included in the cruise rate. The amount of taxes and charges specified
herein are subject to change. Royal Caribbean reserves the right to pass through to the guests any increases which become effective after the
printing of the brochure.
Liquor Policy: Royal Caribbean is sorry but guests are prohibited from bringing alcoholic beverages of any kind on board the ship for
consumption. Alcoholic beverages purchased in the ship’s gift shops or in foreign ports will be retained by Royal Caribbean until the end of the
voyage. You may purchase mixed drinks and other beverages from any of the ship’s bars and lounges. Alcoholic beverages will be not sold or
served to anyone under the age of 21. Royal Caribbean reserves the right to refuse the sale of alcoholic beverages to anyone.
Clothing: Casual attire is in order during the day. For one night, a dark suit or formal attire is suggested. The dress code for other evenings ranges
from sport coat and tie to casual resort wear.
Passport Data: US Immigration determines the correct documents, which guests must have in their possession in order to travel. Proper travel
documentation is required throughout the cruise and is the responsibility of the guest. Any guest traveling without proper documentation will not be
allowed to board the vessel and no refund of cruise fare will be issued. Documents must be presented at time of embarkation. All non-US citizens
must surrender their passports and/or green cards and these documents will be returned at Immigration upon arrival back in the US. US and
Canadian guests need proof of citizenship (Passport). Resident Aliens need both a passport and an Alien Residents Card. Aliens need a valid
passport and a valid unexpired US multiple Re-Entry Visa. Aliens eligible to apply under Visa Waiver Program must have a valid unexpired
Passport.
Minor Guests: Guests under the age of 21 years must be accompanied by a parent, grandparent, or guardian 25 years or older in the same
stateroom. Infants must be at least 4 months old to be eligible to travel. Royal Caribbean offers supervised activities for children 2-15 with limited
activities available for 16-18 year olds.
Responsibility: BSID INTERNATIONAL neither controls, nor operates, nor is responsible for the actions of independent Contractors such as
cruise lines, airlines, railroad companies, tour operators or ground transportation. You are responsible for arriving at the respective ports on time for
embarkation and for joining the vessel at its next port of call if for any reason you miss a schedule sailing. Royal Caribbean reserves the right to
refuse or discontinue passage to anyone when in Royal Caribbean’s judgment; it would be considered a risk to the guest’s own safety and well-
being or the health, safety, well-being comfort and enjoyment of any other guest or crewmember.
