Eggster Hunt & Learning Festival 2010
Beneficiary Application
All applications must be received by Monday, November 2, 2009. Your answers will be used to help the Community
Relations committee gain background information about your agency and select funding recipients. Feel free to include
additional sheets, if necessary, to answer the questions. Please refer to the cover letter before completing the application
and be aware of the following requirements:
Mandatory Attendance to two agency meetings, the first on November 18, 2009 at 7PM. (Location to be
determined) and the second in the Spring, location and time to be determined.
Booth participation at the 2010 Eggster Hunt and Learning Festival on April 3, 2010.

In comparison with other agencies that serve similar causes, describe the ways in which your agency uniquely serves its
target group. What specific community need are you addressing, and how do you go about it? What makes your agency
different?
Describe all the ways in which your agency is funded (please indicate percentages after each listing and highlight this on
your attached working budget):
If available, attach a calendar of or describe any activities/outreaches organized by your agency in the coming year that
Eggster volunteers could participate in. (These would preferably be one-day commitments per week/month, where
students could interact with and maximize direct assistance to children and members of the community.) Feel free to
create new project ideas!
Section Four – Eggster 2010
Keeping the Eggster mission in mind (refer to the cover letter), detail exactly what programs and services Eggster funds
would help support. Please be specific!
Describe how your agency would make itself visible at and participate in this year’s event (tabling, booths, etc.). In other
words, what could you add to the event? Brainstorm two creative ideas for booths at the event (Eggster 2009) that would
be effective in educating & entertaining children.
If there is anything else you would like Eggster to know about your agency, feel free to attach additional material.
