WASHINGTON, DC (March 2008) – The chic new Vdara Condo Hotel, located within
the spectacular CityCenter development, has joined Associated Luxury Hotels
International (ALHI). Vdara, and all of CityCenter’s stunning offerings, are currently
under construction on the Las Vegas Strip and scheduled to open in late 2009. The
prestigious membership organization will now provide National Sales Services for the
new resort to the meetings, incentive, conventions and expositions marketplace
(M.I.C.E.), according to David Gabri, president and CEO of ALHI.

“Vdara, a non-smoking, non-gaming resort, will be a fabulous new ‘gem’ on The Strip,
perfect for smaller groups, and a wonderful option for larger groups that will use our
other resorts and still need additional rooms – especially programs with Bellagio and
CityCenter’s casino resort,” said Gabri.

CityCenter is an unprecedented urban metropolis on 76 acres between Bellagio and
Monte Carlo resorts on the Las Vegas Strip. A joint venture between MGM MIRAGE
(NYSE:MGM) and Dubai World, the more than $8 billion development will feature a
soaring 61-story, 4,000-room hotel/casino; two 400-room, non-gaming boutique hotels
approximately 2,650 luxury residences; and The Crystals, a 500,000-square-foot retail
and entertainment district. CityCenter is a design collaboration between MGM MIRAGE
and eight internationally acclaimed architectural firms including Pelli Clarke Pelli, Kohn
Pederson Fox, Helmut Jahn, RV Architecture LLC led by Rafael Viñoly, Foster +
Partners, Studio Daniel Libeskind, Rockwell Group and Gensler.

“Vdara will become a highly desired Las Vegas resort and is now ready to book future
business,” added Gabri. “The resort’s beautiful architecture is complemented by the
design of its incredible rooms/suites, an outstanding location, and special relationships
with its adjacent sister resorts. It really is a great addition to our remarkable luxury resorts
in Las Vegas, where planners can simply make one call to their Associated Luxury
Hotels National Sales specialists to help them identify the resorts that have the
appropriate availability, patterns, meeting and function spaces, and value, that can be the
perfect fit for their program.”

Upon its opening in late 2009, Vdara will boast a sophisticated, contemporary design
with an international flair. The intimate resort will feature an ideal location, adjacent to
the new CityCenter Resort & Casino, and directly connected to Bellagio. The 57-story
tower, designed by world-class architect Rafael Vinoly, will boast 1,543 fully furnished
rooms complete with kitchenettes, ranging from 526-square-foot studios to 1,918-square-
foot penthouse suites. Approximately 265 corner end suites will feature full panoramic
views of the mountains and the Las Vegas Strip.

With a large ballroom, three breakout rooms, a boardroom and beautiful pre-function
space, Vdara will accommodate groups of 10-400 people. Resort offerings will include a
full-service spa and salon, a gourmet grocery store with coffee bar, a pool with beautiful
views and 19 cabanas, and a fitness center.

Charting a new course for responsible growth in Las Vegas, CityCenter is pursuing the
U.S. Green Building Council’s Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED)
certification for Vdara and the entire development. As planned, the 18-million-square-
foot, multi-use project will become one of the world’s largest environmentally
sustainable urban communities.

Vdara joins ALHI’s impressive portfolio in Las Vegas, which includes MGM Grand,
Bellagio, Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino, The Mirage, CityCenter Resort & Casino, The
Signature at MGM Grand, and THEhotel at Mandalay Bay.
