6.8%, and the 17% will be reduced to 13.6%.”
“Both the private limited company and the subsidiary company shall have their respective resident director, at least
one shareholder, and a company secretary,” the consultant utters.
A subsidiary company shall be owned or popularly owned by a parent company whether foreign or local.
The resident director, deemed to possess executive corporate powers can be occupied by a foreign national by virtue
of a work visa such as an Employment pass or Entrepreneur pass. However, upon registration, the law must be
