                     CALL FOR PRESENTATION PROPOSAL
All interested persons are encouraged to submit proposals to the conference committee for
consideration. One or two hour concurrent sessions are available. Morning and afternoon
Concurrent Sessions are scheduled for both Wednesday, Mar 2 and Thursday Mar 3, 2011.
If you have a preference of the session day and time, please indicate it on the CALL FOR
PRESENTATION PROPOSAL form. The conference committee will attempt to honor your requests.
If your proposal is accepted one complimentary conference registration per proposal is
provided. When an accepted session includes multiple presenters, the primary presenter
determines which of the speakers on his/her team is awarded the complimentary conference
registration.

Presenters are welcome to attend other concurrent sessions on the day they are
scheduled to present. However, attending any other conference events (keynote
speakers, plenary sessions, meals, vendor exhibits) will require conference registration.

Proposals must be typewritten and submitted by September 17, 2010. Proposals submitted
after this date may not be considered. The primary presenter for each proposal will be
notified of the proposal’s acceptance by November 15, 2010.

   This information may be used in promotional materials and to introduce you (attach sheet if
   necessary).

10. AV EQUIPMENT: A screen and AV cart (microphones in larger rooms) will be provided.
   Presenters are responsible for any other presentation equipment needed.

11. HANDOUTS: If you will be using handouts for your session, you are responsible for
   bringing copies for your audience. If your proposal is accepted, you will be notified of the
   capacity of the room to which you are assigned.
The conference cannot pay for copies made at conference/meeting site.

12. ACCESSIBLILTY: You may be asked to provide your materials on a disk or in an email
   format for the blind and visually impaired. Interpreters will be provided for the deaf/hard of
   hearing.
