120/80 is ideal. Anything above 140/90 is alarming. We must get ourselves examined and checked regularly. A portable BP machine at home is of immense help and saves a lot of dime and energy.
2. Diabetes
(a) Fasting sugar < 100 mg/dL
(b) 2 hours after 75 gm of oral glucose < 140 md/dL
3. Cholesterol
(a) Total cholesterol < less than 200 mg/dL (b) LDL < 70 mg/dL
(c ) HDL (the only good cholesterol) > 60 mg/dL
4. Weight
Weight < (height in cm - 100) kg
5. Waist
Waist < (height in cm/ 2) cm Waist should be less than 90 cm for male And less than 80 cm for female

6. Basal Metabolic Index
