Position Evaluation Date Employee Evaluations are performed to ensure the company is getting value for money from each employee on the payroll. This evaluation must be performed every six months in the case of regular employees and every two months for employees under probation. Salaries may be increased or reduced on the basis of this evaluation, and therefore, the criteria used to evaluate the employee must be detailed enough to give a wide spread view of the employees usefulness to the company. The Personnel Manager is responsible to ensure these evaluations are initiated on time by all Department Heads.
