                                Exhibitor Registration — Terms & Conditions
The National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers’ Drug CLE Seminar will be held at the Planet Hollywood
Hotel & Casino- Las Vegas, NV, Nov 18th -19th, 2010. Exhibitor information, a registration form, and the terms
and conditions of exhibiting are provided below. Contact NACDL Sales Manager Jim Bergmann, at 202-872-

Manager Barbara Couri, at 702-785-9055 or, to make special arrangements such
as computer modem lines, phone lines, easels, and audio/video equipment rental.

                PLEASE NOTE: Space is limited to 15 full-booth exhibitors in Las Vegas.
                   Reservations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

Exhibits                                                                                     $1,000/space
Each exhibit space will be equipped with one 6' table, two chairs, a 110 volt power supply, and sufficient
space for a modest floor display. Other needs, such as phone lines, are the sole responsibility of the exhibitor
and must be arranged in advance with the hotel.

Combined Tabletop Displays                                                                   $200/display
The combined tabletop display is available only to exhibitors who are unable to attend in person. In your
absence, a sample of your product and your product information will be displayed on a tabletop with no more
than two other products or services. The display area allotted to each product or service will be the full
depth of the table by approximately two feet of the length of the table. Each product will be prominently
displayed using either a bookstand or a self-standing file pocket.

Participants in the combined table top displays need to contact exhibit sales at NACDL to make specific
arrangements for the display. It is recommended that all products be displayed along with some form of
product information, or even a fax-back order form, for the attendees’ ordering convenience. If you would
like to display multiple items or book titles, please inquire about discounted rates. NACDL must approve all
products for content, as well as the size and dimensions of the products. Once approved, two samples of the
product need to be provided. These sample products shall become the property of NACDL, and NACDL does
not guarantee their safe return in the event of theft or vandalism. NACDL will only use the sample products
for display purposes at this specific event. All exhibit materials will be shipped back to the exhibitor
following the meeting, provided that the exhibitor’s Federal Express account number can be used for this
purpose. At your request, your product may be used as a give-away or promotion. Contact NACDL Sales

Registration & Payment                                                 Registration Deadline is Nov 9th
To reserve your space please complete the attached registration form and send it, along with your payment

Exhibitors are encouraged to sponsor specific events at NACDL meetings. Continental breakfasts, coffee
breaks and evening receptions are the most visible and prominent venues for sponsors. Your company will
receive the benefit of constant exposure to the attendees’ during the sponsored event. Please contact Jim

Attendee Mailing List                                                                            $200
The attendee mailing list is available for a fee of $200 to non-exhibitors and will be e-mailed to purchasers
approximately two weeks after the event. The list is free to full-booth exhibitors. The list will be sent to
you electronically.

rates may rise after Oct. 18th , so reserve early! Be sure to mention group code “NACDL” when making

Shipping Information — Planet Hollywood
Exhibitors must arrange their own shipping to and from the hotel. All packages will be received, logged
in and securely stored by the hotel’s Shipping Department. Packages will be held until the day of exhibit
set-up, and then delivered to the exhibit area unless otherwise requested by the addressee.

Shipping Information — From The Hotel
Shipping boxes/materials from the hotel is the sole responsibility of the exhibitor. All shipping items
must be packed by the exhibitor, and each item must be sealed and labeled. Shipping request forms,
available from the hotel, need to accompany each item. The hotel offers the following services:

       1. UPS (Ground, 2nd Day, etc.). In order to have UPS bill you directly, you must make the
       arrangement through UPS and set-up a ―Call-Tag.‖ You may pay hotel charges with cash or credit
       card. You will need to bring your own shipping labels/airbills.

       2. Federal Express and Airborne. The exhibitor must have their own account number to
       bill packages to these shipping services. You will need to bring your own shipping

Keep in mind, there is no regularly scheduled Saturday pick-up by delivery services. Your materials will
be left at the hotel, and then picked-up the following business day.

There will be security personnel posted overnight in the registration/exhibit areas; however, neither
NACDL nor the hotel will be responsible for the security of exhibit materials. If you need to make special
arrangements for security, contact NACDL as soon as possible.
Special Arrangements
Any special arrangements for exhibits must be approved by NACDL. Special arrangements may include
telephone lines for modems, additional electrical sources, extension cords, display equipment and
special shipping arrangements to and from the hotel. Telephone service request forms must be submitted
3 weeks in advance, in order to guarantee line installation. Contact Planet Hollywood Hotel Convention
Services Manager Barbara Couri at 702-785-9055, for costs and forms.

The Exhibitor assumes entire responsibility and will agree to protect, indemnify, defend and save the
National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and the hotel and its employees and agents harmless
against all claims, losses and damages to persons or property, governmental charges or fines and
attorney’s fees arising out of or caused by Exhibitor’s installation, removal, maintenance, occupancy or
use of the exhibition premises or a part thereof.

In addition, it is the sole responsibility of the Exhibitor to obtain business interruption and property
damage insurance covering such losses by Exhibitor.

The Exhibitor further agrees that it will not exhibit its products, accessories, supplies and equipment in
such a manner as to cause injury to any person on the premises or to any other property.

Cancellation by NACDL
NACDL reserves the right to cancel the contract for any reason. In case of cancellation the sole liability
of NACDL is limited to a refund of the Exhibitor fee.

If an exhibitor cancels a month before the seminar a full refund will be given. If they cancel within 2 to 4
weeks before the seminar, 50% of the Registration fee will be refunded. If you cancel 2 weeks prior to
the seminar, no refunds will be granted.
