The layout has the certifications at the top instead of at the bottom where most people put them. This highlights the certification and makes this resume easier to find by recruiters. Another point to bring up about the quality of this resume is that it is filled with great keywords that will quickly bring it from a database search. The important thing to remember here is that as opposed to filling a resume with keywords by just adding in a long list at the bottom, this resume uses the words effectively within the body of the resume. When doing a resume search, it’s really frustrating to have an unqualified resume that only comes up because there are 300 keywords at the bottom of the resume. This resume lists names of software, names of clients, relevant technical jargon, and specific examples of accomplishments. It’s truly a great example of a resume in general.
