THE ANGUILLA TENNIS ACADEMY (“ATA”) is looking for an individual to work as Office
Manager at the ATA in Blowing Point, Anguilla.

Job Description

   1.  Provide administrative and secretarial support to the ATA;
   2.  Prepare and answer e-mails and other correspondence relating to the ATA;
   3.  Answer telephone, welcome visitors and answer general enquiries with respect to the ATA;
   4.  Liaising with coaches and provide operational support;
   5.  Prepare promotional material for upcoming ATA events;
   6.  Creating, organising and managing the ATA tennis schedules and calendars for coaches;
   7.  Maintaining the ATA records;
   8.  Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, events and activities including travel
       arrangements;
   9. General office administration and secretarial duties as needed;
   10. Basic accounting for day to day activities at the ATA; and
   11. Invoicing and collection of moneys owed to the ATA;

Job Requirements

       Excellent communication and inter personal skills;
       Must have a minimum of 6 CXC subjects including English and Math;
       Must be able to work on own Initiative;
       Strong organisational skills;
       Well versed in Microsoft Word, Power point and Microsoft Excell;
       Outgoing personality;
       Methodical;
       Efficient;
       Must be a team player;
       Valid driver’s licence;
       Knowledgeable in basic accounting practices, and Quick Books or its equivalent;


   Hours: 8:30 am to 4:30pm Monday – Friday and 8:30 to 12:30 pm on Saturdays

   Salary will be based on qualifications and experience
