rates on a 5-hour minimum

Monday-Friday 7am-6pm $75/hr
Monday-Friday 5pm-12am $112.50/hr
Monday-Friday 12am-7am $150/hr
Saturday and Sunday 7am-5pm $75/hr
Saturday and Sunday 5pm-7am $150/hr
All Holidays $150/hr

Labor will be charged for set up and tear
down of video projection, audio systems,

drape at the rates listed above

    one of ours free of charge the first day. Additional days are charged at our standard
    rates. Offer not applicable with discount.

    All prices listed are per room per day.

    Any equipment or technician canceled within 24 hours of a functions’ start time will be
    billed at full price.

    Prices on this guide do not include applicable taxes and 22% service charge.

    All outside and independent AV companies are subject to W Atlanta Midtown production
    guidelines.
